The Applicant Mahendra s/o Desha Badhawath seeks for regular bail in terms of Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in Crime No.156 of 2020 registered at Police Station Aashti, District Wardha for the offence punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having regard to the nature of accusation, quantum of misappropriated of amount and the fact that the Applicant has deposited entire money, he has made out a case for grant of bail.

In view of that, following order is passed :

2 25 ba 186.2021 (a) The Application is allowed.

(b) The Applicant Mahendra s/o Desha Badhawath is released on bail on his furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(c) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Sunday between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon till filing of the charge-sheet.

(d) The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence nor pressurizing the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

The Application stands disposed of accordingly.
