This is an application for extension of time. The application is moved by the District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Nagpur. By this application, prayer is made to extend period for holding of elections of Agricultural Produce Market Committees, Nagpur by a further period of 6 months.

Learned counsel Shri A.M.Ghare for the petitioner, submits that he has no objection. However, he submits that extension shall be without prejudice to the petitioner's right in Misc. Civil Application No.1102/2019 which is pending before this Court.

For reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. Time is extended by a further period of 6 months .....2/-

caw478.20 1 from today, subject to rights of the petitioner as stated in Misc. Civil Application No.1102/2019 together with rights of authorities in the said application.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
