Present application is filed for correction of the name of respondent No.2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 7 is that, the name of the respondent No.2 was mentioned in the claim petition as Sarika Gajanan Bambal. Now, she is married and her name is changed as Sarika Amol Bhende, after marriage.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellant is permitted to correct the name of respondent No.2 as -Sarika Amol Bhende in the appeal memo. 5.

Appellant to carry out necessary amendment within stipulated period.

Civil application is disposed of.
