After going through the investigation papers and after hearing the learned counsel for the applicant to some extent, it reveals that the deceased was eliminated due to the dispute over the money transaction direct evidence and the injury sustained and noted in the postmortem report shows the gravity of the offence. Therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

The leaned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file the application if trial is not completed within a period of one year. The learned Sessions Court shall expedite the trial, considering the applicant is behind bar since last 31⁄2 years. 3.
