Sirpurkar submits that in view of the direction issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court to the trial Court to expedite framing of charge and the trial, in the Special Leave Petition filed by the co-accused, the appellant may be permitted to withdraw this appeal with liberty to approach this Court afresh for bail in the event, despite the directions issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court, there is no progress in the trial.
