2] This is an application seeking modification in the order dated 20/01/2020 passed by this Court in Civil Application (F) No. 336/2020. 3] Respondent No.3 is reported to have expired. Necessary amendments have been carried out in the aforesaid order, which permitted the respondents to withdraw the amount of compensation of Rs.7,05,685/- along with accrued interest as per the operative order of the Claim Tribunal.

4] It is further submitted by the learned counsel Shri Charpe that in the order of the Claim

18CAO 182.2021 Tribunal, the name of respondent No.3 Duryodhan Balki is appearing, who is no more.

5] Considering the aforesaid facts, now the remaining respondents, i.e., respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 are entitled to recieve the amount of compensation in the proportion as under :

40% to respondent No.1;

30% to respondent No.2; and 30% to respondent No.4.

6] The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
