The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not intend to prosecute their cause based on the notice dated 06.05.2017 issued under Sections 49 and 127 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (for short, the said Act). Instead they desire to pursue the proceedings based on the notice dated 20.06.2019 issued under Section 127 of the said Act.

Hence the amendment as prayed for is granted. Same be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Civil Application is disposed of.
