Mr. Sumit G.Joshi, Adv. for appellants Mr. M.I. Dhatrak, Adv.for Respondent No.2 CORAM : B.R.GAVAI & INDIRA K. JAIN, JJ.

DATED : 8th June, 2015.

Heard.

The appellants have approached this Court being aggrieved by the order dated 18.10.2012 in Writ Petition No.3776/2012, passed by the learned single Judge.

Perusal of the Resolution, on which the learned counsel for the appellants places heavy reliance, would reveal that the Municipal Council Chandrapur has resolved to grant approval to the services of the appellants from the date of the resolution. The resolution is dated 10th October, 2002.

2 08.06.lpa.7.15. The order granting approval to the services of the appellants was passed under Section 308 of the Maharashtra Mtunicipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats & Industrial Townships Act, 1965.

In that view of the matter, we do not find that any error is committed by the learned single Judge so as to warrant interference.

The Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed.
