In view of the order dated 18.06.2025 and having regard to the reply placed on record by the respondent nos. 3 and 4, not only the encroachment of the petitioner is removed but also the forest rights claimed by the petitioner came to be rejected by the Forest Committee. Therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the petition. 3.

The petition stands disposed of. No costs.
