Permission is granted to substitute the name of present Secretary 'Mr. Rushaji Sonbaji Raut' in place of Secretary 'Shriram Domaji Raut', which is mentioned in paragraph No.3.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.

After amendment, issue notice to the newly added respondent/Secretary of the Trust, returnable within three weeks.
