In the writ petition, interim order passed by the Industrial Court is challenged. The petitioners have also prayed for some other reliefs. By this civil application, the petitioners seek permission to amend the petition and seek additional reliefs.

The learned advocates for the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have submitted that the petitioners cannot be permitted to incorporate the proposed amendment as the petitioners are trying to widen the scope of the petition by bringing in a new dispute and seeking different reliefs.

The submission made on behalf of the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 is just and proper. The proposed amendment cannot be permitted. The petitioners may raise challenges, as
