By this application, the respondent No.2 in the writ petition prays for direction that her caste claim be referred to the Scrutiny Committee for verification. It is submitted that this prayer is made in terms of direction No.5 in the impugned judgment.

Considering the facts of the case, if the respondent No.2 submits all available documents to the petitioners within a period of ten days from today, the petitioners shall forward the same to the Scrutiny Committee within a further period of ten days. This direction is subject to final outcome of the present writ petition.

Civil application is disposed of.
