DATE : APRIL 27, 2016 Shri Deshpande, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that since some time has lapsed from the date of of passing of the impugned order, the petitioner may be permitted to join at Ballapur on 01.05.2016. It is stated that the petitioner is ready to join at Ballapur in terms of the interim order from 01.05.2016.

Shri Kakani, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents does not have any objection if the petitioner joins his duties at Ballarpur on 01.05.2016.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
