This is an application by Dr. Surendra s/o Jangaluji Kharbade, who is seeking his discharge as an Enquiry Officer. He submits that the matter is pending before the Apex Court wherein the Apex Court has stayed the enquiry and his tenure as the Enquiry Officer is already over.
Mr. M.V. Samarth, learned Advocate for respondent no.4 Bank, submits that before the applicant is permitted to be discharged as an Enquiry Officer, it will be in the interest of justice that the record of the enquiry proceedings is taken in custody of Divisional Joint Registrar under a proper seal. We, therefore, allow the application. Shri Surendra s/o Jangaluji Kharbade is permitted to be discharged. However,
