Applicants claim to be concerned by the impugned order and desire to be place on record certain facts including order passed in Writ Petition No.2026 of 2019 Ramesh Manikrao Sontakke and others and Vs. State of Maharashtra and others pending before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court in which certain order has been passed.

Shri Kale, learned counsel for the petitioners does not have any objection to the intervention

Intervenors be added as respondent nos. 4 to 7 to the petition.
