DATED : 15-03-2021 Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 14/2021 registered with Police Station, Dhad, Tq. and Dist. Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 332, 341, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 1-3-2021, the applicant was granted interim pre-arrest protection subject to certain conditions, which are complied with.

I have perused the case diary. It does not appear that the alleged assault was intended to prevent the conductor of the bus from discharging duties. The prosecution case is that the applicant assaulted the conductor since he perceived that the bus was driven disregarding the pool of water and mud which sprayed on the applicant.

The applicant is a student and has no criminal antecedent. Custodial interrogation is not necessary. 6.

The interim pre-arrest protection granted vide order dated 1-3-2021 is made absolute subject to the same conditions except that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station till the filing of the chargesheet as and when required by the Investigating Officer. 7.

The application is disposed of.
