2] Vide order dated 29/06/2021, the matter was kept on 06/07/2021 at the request of learned counsel for respondent No.1 to ascertain as to whether the calculation, which the appellant has filed, is correct.

3] Today, Ms. Mohod, learned counsel for respondent No.1, submits that the calculation filed by the appellant is correct.

4] In this view of the matter, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the excess amount of
