None appears for the appellant though copy of the civil application is served.
This is an application filed by the respondents praying for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant before this Court. The appeal is dismissed on 02-09-2014 for non-compliance of the order dated 22-07-2014 The Registrar (Judicial) shall disburse the share of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 as per the order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. The share of the respondent No.3, who is minor, shall be continued in fixed deposit till she attains majority. After the respondent No.3 attains majority, the Registrar (Judicial) shall disburse the amount to the respondent No.3 also. The civil application is allowed in the above terms.
