This is an application filed by respondent No.1 for withdrawal of the fixed deposited amount. The appeal filed by the appellant has been disposed of. In view of this, the respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw the amount kept in fixed deposit. The amount be paid over to respondent No.1 with accrued interest. 3.

The civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
