After hearing Shri B.G. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri R.L. Khapre, learned Senior Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 27 extensively when the Court was not inclined to grant relief in favour of the petitioners, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wishes to withdraw this writ petition. (2) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the learned Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal has fixed the appeal for final hearing on 04.03.2021. He further submits that looking to the prevailing situation in Amravati city it will be difficult to attend the School Tribunal. (3) On that, Shri R.L. Khapre, learned Senior Counsel submits that if an application for adjournment in the appeal is moved by the petitioners the respondents will give no objection.

(5) In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of on the following conditions :
i) On 04.03.2021, if an application for adjournment is moved by the petitioners before the learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Amravati in appeal, the respondents shall give their no objection for an adjournment in view of the statement made by the learned Senior Counsel.
ii) Learned Presiding Officer shall fix the appeal for hearing in the second week of April 2021 and decide the appeal, in accordance with law.
