By the present L.P.A., the appellant who is the Bank is challenging the judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 15.06.2012. The learned Single Judge has given his thoughtful consideration to the entire facts and decided the controversy. With the assistance of the learned counsel, we have gone through the judgment delivered by the learned Single Judge. There is no error in the order. The learned Single Judge has noticed that the authorities below have

rightly reached to the conclusion. No point is made out. The L.P.A. is rejected.
