Heard Mrs. Pauranikar, learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for State. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks modification of the order date 25.02.22 in respect of deposited cheques, on the ground that those cheques which had been filed in the Court along with the undertaking dated 26.02.2022, on the basis of which order dated 26.02.2022 has been passed, bore the incorrect name of the payee as "The Registrar, Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench" instead of the payee "Registrar High Court of Bombay, at Nagpur". The present application seeks to replace those cheques with four other cheques of the same dates and same amount with the correct names of the payees.

The reasons stated the application is accepted and the applicant is permitted to replace the cheques given along with undertaking 26.02.2022 with fresh cheques bearing the correct name of the payee. The same shall be done today itself.
