DATE : 03/07/2019 First Appeal is already dismissed on 18.09.2018. Respondent nos. 1 to 7 (claimants) were permitted to withdraw the amount. Respondent no. 1 died during the pendencey of Appeal. Her legal heirs are brought on record. Respondent nos. 2 to 7 are legal heirs of respondent no. 1.

Hence, the amount of compensation deposited before this Court be paid to respondent nos. 2 to 7, as per order dated 18.09.2018.
