Learned counsel Shri S.G. Joshi for the appellants submits that appellant No.2-Suresh Shrirang More has expired as he committed suicide. Learned counsel, in this regard, has produced report of concern Police Station at Khamgaon. The said report is taken on record and marked as "Exhibit-X" for its identification.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri Amit Chutke for the respondent/State does not dispute the said report. 3.

In view of death of appellant No.2-Suresh Shrirang More, the criminal appeal against him stands abated. 4.

Learned counsel Shri S.G.Joshi for the appellants further submits that appellant No.4-Dayaram Champaji More has expired on 10.11.2017. Learned counsel, in this respect, tenders .....2/-
