Prayer is to condone the delay in filing cross objections. It is stated that only after withdrawing amount of enhanced compensation the present applicants were in position to file the cross objections. Application is opposed by counsel for appellant on the ground that there is considerable delay. It is submitted that if the delay is condoned the cross objectors may not be held entitled for interest on the enhanced amount from the date of judgment of the Reference Court. Considering the reasons assigned in the application the delay stands condoned. However, the cross objectors would not be entitled to interest on the amount of enhanced compensation for the period from 22.08.2006 till today. On aforesaid terms the delay stands condoned. Civil application is allowed and disposed of.

Cross Objection No. 3894 of 2015: The cross objections are admitted. Shri A. B. Patil learned counsel waives notice on behalf of the original appellant and learned AGP waives notice on behalf of respondent nos. 12 and 13. JUDGE
