On 20 January 2021 following order was passed: "On 21February 2020, the following order was passed : "Issue notice for final disposal of the matter, returnable on 17.04.2020.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

The petitioner was appointed on 15.12.2020 as Director of Physical Education with the respondent University. Since then he was getting salary from the State exchequer as per the condition contained in the order of appointment on page 25 to the petition. However, now the grant is made inadmissible because there is no sanction from the Government and the matter is pending with the Government for staff justification. SMGate

The learned AGP for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 seeks time to take instructions.

The learned AGP states that decision has been taken and the same will be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks.

In view of this position, we dispose of the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the decision in case it is adverse to the Petitioner.
