DATE : 25.1.2016 On 31st July, 2015 Shri V.S. Kukday, advocate appearing for the applicants sought a weeks time on the ground that he was awaiting acknowledgement of the letter sent by him to the applicants informing them about the date of hearing. None appeared for the applicants on 2nd September, 2015. On 16th September, 2015, the learned advocate for the applicants filed pursis seeking permission to withdraw his appearance. This Court directed issuance of notice to the applicants to engage another advocate. On 8th January, 2016, none appeared for the applicants and the matter was adjourned. Today again none appears for the applicants. The miscellaneous civil application is
