This is an application filed by the petitioner - respondent No. 1 for grant of early hearing.

Second Appeal is of the year 2006 while the original Suit is of the year 1999 for Partition and Separate possession. There are 30 respondents excluding legal heirs. The petitioner - respondent No. 1 is a senior citizen, aged 70 years.

In view of these facts, application is allowed. Second Appeal be placed for final hearing on 15.01.2021.
