By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of the Deputy Director of Education, refusing to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a "Shikshak Sewak".

It appears on hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on a perusal of the Annexure-R-1 annexed to the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the respondent No.2 that the impugned order is withdrawn by the Deputy Director of Education and the Deputy Director of Education has agreed to decide the proposal of the petitioner, afresh. Since the impugned order stands cancelledwithdrawn by the order 1.3.2016, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Director of Education to decide the proposal of the petitioner afresh in
