By this application, respondent nos.1,2 and 4 seeks permission to delete name of respondent no.3. 5.
Since respondent no.3, father of the deceased, died and respondent nos.1,2 and 4 are the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.3, permission to delete the name of respondent no.3 is granted. Amendment be carried out within one week.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO.750 OF 2025 7.
By this application, respondent nos.1,2 and 4 are seeking permission to withdraw decreetal amount deposited by the appellant.

Considering the grounds raised in the appeal as well as apportionment mentioned in the operative order to the impugned award, respondent nos.1 and 4 are permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.4,00,000/- each on furnishing usual undertaking.
