FEBRUARY 17, 2025 The applicants/original respondents are seeking to relax condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 24/1/2024 and to permit them to withdraw the balance amount of compensation.

2] In identical appeals, this Court, vide order dated 2/5/2024, relaxed the condition of furnishing solvent surety on the ground that the appeals have been dismissed and not challenged by the respondents/ original appellants.

3] In view of above and for the reasons set out in the order dated 2/5/2024 and also for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The condition imposed by this Court directing the respondents to furnish solvent surety to withdraw the balance amount of compensation is relaxed. The respondents are permitted to withdraw the balance amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon, upon furnishing usual undertaking.
