Mr. Hussain, learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court vide judgment dated 29.04.2019 was pleased to dismiss the appeal. In view of the said fact he prays for permission to withdraw the amount.

Mr. Pophaly, learned counsel for the nonapplicant has no objection if the present application is allowed.

Accordingly the application is allowed in terms of prayer made in the application.
