DATED : 12/02/2021 The Respondent no.1, 2(i) and 2(ii) had filed this application for withdrawal of the compensation deposited by the Acquiring body.

The Appeal has been disposed of. The Respondents are entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by the Acquiring body. The contesting respondents have filed joint affidavit. In paragraph 3, it is stated that Respondent nos.1, 2(i), 2(ii) are entitled to withdraw Rs.1,78,080/- with proportionate interest and that Respondent no. 3 is entitled for compensation of Rs.2,82,000/- alongwith proportionate interest. In view of the statement made in paragraph 3 of the application, an amount of Rs.1,78,080/-with proportionate interest thereon is ordered to be paid to respondent nos.1, 2(i), 2(ii) and an amount of Rs.2,82,000/- along with proportionate interest thereon be paid to respondent no.3, after verifying their identity. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
