The reply-affidavit is filed by Prabhudas Punayya Sadamwar, working as Assistant Project Officer, Tribal Development, Gadchiroli, wherein he has stated in Paragraph No.8 as under: "8.

The answering respondent humbly submits that, the submissions made by the petitioners in respect of guidelines issued in Government Resolution dated 11.09.2019 is not disputed. However, the petitioner No.2 till this date failed to submit complete proposal in accordance with the Government guidelines issued in the Government Resolutions and Rules, therefore, if the petitioner No.2 nd.thawre

10.wp 2999.2018.odt submit the complete proposal in terms of the Government Resolution dated 11.09.2019, the same can be decided by the answering respondent in terms of those guidelines. In view of the above, if the complete proposal in terms of Government Resolution is forwarded to the answering respondent, same will be decided. Therefore, the instant petition may kindly be dismissed accordingly." 3.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner will submit a proposal as above within a period of three weeks and the Respondents should consider the same as early as possible keeping in mind the subject matter of the dispute i.e. appointment on compassionate basis.

The learned AGP states that earlier proposal has not been rejected.

In view of the above consensus, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing that the Petitioner will submit a proposal within a period of three weeks and upon receipt of such proposal, the Respondents will decide the same within a period of eight weeks and inform the Petitioner of the outcome.
