Heard learned Advocate Shri Kukday for the appellant, learned Advocate Ms Aastha Sharma holding for Shri P.R. Agrawal for respondent no.1 and Shri Lambat for respondent no.5. 3.

This is an application for withdrawal of the amount. The respondent no.1 can be permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount of Rs.15,94,540/-. Hence, the office is directed transfer 50% of Rs.15,94,540/- along with interest in the bank account of respondent no.1 on furnishing bank details and on personal identification.

The respondent no.1 is directed to furnish an usual undertaking.
