The claim of petitioner student is that though he could secure admission in desired course, in absence of validity, he is being treated as Open Category student. It is further submitted that father of petitioner has been given validity after judgment of this Court dated 13.12.2012. The caste claim of petitioner is pending since 27.6.2013. Mrs. B.H. Dangre, learned Counsel for respondent Committee, submits that as Committee is short of staff, efforts are being made to adjudicate all caste claims within reasonable time. She, therefore, seeks time of ten months to decide the caste claim. As the petitioner has already taken admission, we direct the respondents to expedite the consideration and take suitable decision upon his caste claim within a period of six months from today. With these directions, we dispose of Writ Petition. No costs. J. Judge Judge
