DATED : 26.03.2025 This is a joint application for extension of time to pass an award under Section 29 A (4)and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is submitted that due to complicity in the matter and voluminous nature of documents intended to be filed by the applicant, time was sought. There is one amendment application also moved by the applicant. In view of this, the matter could not be concluded in the prescribed period. As such, both the parties requested for grant of extension of time by another six months from 06.12.2024. Considering the reasons, application is allowed.

Time is extended for further period of six months to conclude the arbitration proceeding under Section 29 A

(3) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
