The Petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Tahsildar - Respondent No.2 converting the status of the land in question to non-agricultural land. The Petitioner has statutory remedy against this order which Petitioner can pursue. 3.

As regards the contention that the Respondent - Tahsildar has passed the impugned order during the pendency of Writ Petition No.4019/2021 filed by Respondent No.3 in this Court, we note that in the said writ petition there is no interim order restraining passing of any order.

As regards the grievance of the Petitioner as against Respondent No.3, civil suit is pending between the parties. 5.

The Petitioner, therefore, has remedies as against the impugned order so also against Respondent No.3, in respect of the land in question.

Keeping contentions of parties open in case parties intend to pursue their rights in appropriate forum, writ petition is disposed of.
