DATE : 17-02-2025 In view of the completion of age of 45 years by the petitioner, during the pendency of the consideration of the application for appointment on compassionate basis, the claim is now being restricted to consideration of an application for substitution, which is intended to be made. 2.

The plea of substitution is already covered by the Full Bench decision of this Court in Kalpana wd/o Vilas Taram and another v. State of Maharashtra and others reported in 2024(4) Mh.L.J. (F.B.) 312, in view of which the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.4, to consider the application for substitution as may be filed by the petitioner in terms of the above decision.
