The applicant is arrested on 23-08-2015 in crime registered against him alongwith other two co-accused for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The accusations against the applicant are that he had helped the co-accused (wife of the applicant and brother-in-law of the applicant) in disposing bodies of the victims.

The charge-sheet is filed on 20-11-2015.

Considering the facts on the record, the accusations against the applicant, the fact that the charge-sheet is filed and that the non-applicant has not

2 ba117.16 been able to show that custody of the applicant is required for further investigation, in my view, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 6.

Hence, the following order :

i) The applicant having been arrested in Crime No.165/2015 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. Bond for Rs.25,000/- and one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii) The applicant shall regularly attend the sessions trial unless granted exemption by the Sessions Court. If the applicant fails to attend the sessions trial without seeking exemption from the Sessions Court, this order shall stand recalled.

iii) The application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE pma
