This is an application for modification of order dated 15.02.2021 in Criminal Application (B.A.) No. 1239/2020 passed by this Court.

By consent of both the sides, the following modification be carried out in the order dated 15.02.2021, by adding after the word bail, in paragraph No. 3, which is as under:

" , if the trial does not conclude within a period of two months from the date of this order i.e. 15.02.2021."

Shri Sahani, the learned counsel for the

Learned APP submits that the order was dictated in the open Court. She further submitted that it is the practice of this Court to dictate each and every order in the open Court immediately after the matter is heard.

In that view of the matter, the modification which is suggested above be carried out forthwith. 7.

Criminal Application (APPP) No. 388/2021 stands disposed of accordingly.
