The grievances raised in these petitions by petitioners against transfers can more conveniently be looked into by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola in the light of various government resolutions, particularly government resolution dated 15.02.2018. We, therefore, direct the Chief Executive Officer to look into the grievance of all such employees against the transfer including the present petitioners and make adjustment accordingly, if required, to bring the action in conformity with the provisions of law and the government circulars. The representation, if it is already made, shall be decided within a period of one month from today.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
