The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions from the Office of the respondent no.1 submits that the proposal dated 24.11.2021 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Peon has been considered and rejected. She submits that the copy of the said order would be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of one week from today.

Accepting the said statement and since the only prayer in the writ petition was to decide the said proposal, the writ petition is disposed of. It is open for the petitioner to challenge the rejection of the said approval in accordance with law.
