We deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to approach the Competent Authority for grant of police aid in the matter of measurement as has been ordered by this Court in Writ Petition No.3962/2022 decided on 13th July, 2023.

Needless to clarify that the cost of police aid shall be borne by the petitioner if such prayer is granted by the authority to be decided within a period of four weeks.
