Civil Application St. No. 17327 of 2017 in Writ Petition No.4974 of 2014 holding that no limitation is prescribed for filing an application for seeking review of the judgment passed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, this application does not survive. It is disposed accordingly. No costs.
