Appeal was withdrawn before the Lok Adalat on 08.02.2020.

The Respondent No.1/original Claimant has expired on 09.06.2015 and as such, this application is moved for substitution the names of legal heirs of the original Claimant. The Applicants claimed to be legal representatives of the deceased Claimant. Prayer is not objected. As such, they are permitted to be substituted. Appropriate amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of withdrawal of appeal, the Claimants are permitted to withdraw the balance amount of compensation with accrued interest thereon.
