1. The Civil Application bearing No.1131/2025 seeking permission to deposit the balance amount of compensation has already been disposed of. However, the Cheque deposited by the applicant/appellant was returned with an endorsement that "kindly contact drawer" and therefore, the said Cheque could not be encashed. 2.
Therefore, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submitted that the appellant will file a fresh application for seeking permission to deposit the balance amount of compensation as per the award, along with accrued interest, within two weeks.
