This is an application for speaking to the minutes in respect of order dated 08/01/2020, passed by this Court.

In the order dated 08/01/2020, passed by this Court, in the context of a letter received from the concerned Court seeking extension of time, this Court had noted the manner in which the applicants had been acting before the Court below, resulting in unnecessary delay in disposal of the matter. Specific directions were given and it was directed that the suit would stand disposed of by 29th February, 2020. It was also directed that no further extension of time would be granted.

In this application, the applicants have again sought to raise the contentions that would indicate an attempt to delay the proceedings before the Court below. There is nothing to show that the suit is still pending or that it has not been disposed of as per the directions of this Court.

In view of the above, application is dismissed.
