The prayer made in the petition is for expeditious consideration of the petitioner's tribe claim. Pursuant to the order dated 13/03/2023, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that within a period of six months, the claim of the petitioner would be decided. 02] Considering the fact that the petitioner claims to have been selected provisionally on the post of 'Assistant' by the Reserve Bank of India, it is directed that the tribe claim of the petitioner shall be verified by the Scrutiny Committee by 15th August, 2023.

03] The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 27th March, 2023 for facilitating verification. 04] With these directions, the writ petition is allowed and disposed of with no order as to costs.
