Once an appeal under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1971 is informed to be pending at the behest of the respondent no.4, who is claimed to have been resigned from the post, the Education Officer shall not insist for compliance of his order.
